After employee management technology specialists LifeWorks and WorkAngel merged in 2016, the new company had challenging requirements for launching a fully integrated platform. LifeWorks turned to our specialist technology consultants to bring its vision to life.
As a division of the human capital management software provider Ceridian, LifeWorks offers employee assistance and wellness programmes to over 15 million employees across the globe. Its customers include the likes of Tesco Bank, giffgaff and Worldpay.
In 2016 LifeWorks merged with WorkAngel, a London-based provider of employee recognition and reward schemes. Under the name LifeWorks, the newly formed company aims to deliver continued technical innovation alongside wellness and engagement expertise to its millions of users.
To create an industry-leading employee engagement platform, LifeWorks needed to combine thousands of modules of employee assistance and wellness content, innovative social recognition and employee reward tools and powerful employee engagement analytics, into a single, mobile-first platform. The existing platform required extensive enhancements to integrate all of these assets.
By working with enterprise content management partners Hippo, we achieved this with an integrated, mobile-first platform for LifeWorks, within stringent time constraints.
